RESERVATIONS & BOOKING

Q: How far in advance can I make a reservation?

A: Reservations can be booked a few months in advance. We prefer no more than that amount of time to ensure accuracy and availability.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, we require a $100 deposit fee for all reservations.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins without reservations?

A: Yes, we accept walk-ins depending on available spaces. However, we recommend making a reservation to guarantee your spot.

Q: Can I extend my stay once I’m here?

A: Yes, extensions are possible. Please make arrangements by calling our office at (817) 599-4686.

Q: What happens if I need to leave early?

A: Early departure will not result in refunds, but we can apply the unused amount to a future stay.

Q: What size RVs can you accommodate?

A: Our sites average 60 feet long and can accommodate most RV sizes.

A: We have both 30 amp and 50 amp electrical service, but we prefer our guests to use 50 amp when possible.

Q: Do you have pull-through sites?

A: Yes, we have both pull-through and back-in sites available.

Q: Are sites level? Do I need leveling blocks?

A: Although our sites are level, leveling blocks may come in handy for fine adjustments.

Q: What comes with each site?

A: We offer full hookups with every site: Electric (30/50 amp), Water, Septic/Sewer.

Q: Can I choose my specific site?

A: Yes, you can choose your specific site depending on availability.


FACILITIES & AMENITIES

Q: Do you have WiFi throughout the park?

A: Yes, we offer WiFi to our guests. The office will provide a password upon check-in.

Q: Are laundry facilities available?

A: Yes, we have a very nice laundry room. Our machines accept payment via app or credit card.

Q: Do you have restroom and shower facilities?

A: Yes, we have clean restrooms and showers available for both men and women.

Q: What activities are available on-site?

A: We have a large recreation room equipped with: Pool table and Ping pong table.

Q: Do you have a camp store?

A: No, we do not have a camp store on-site.

Q: What are your pool and hot tub hours?

A: We do not currently have pool or hot tub facilities.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, we welcome pets at our RV park.

Q: Do you have breed restrictions?

A: No, we do not have breed restrictions. All well-behaved pets are welcome.

Q: Must pets be leashed?

A: Yes, pets must be on a leash when walking throughout the park.

Q: Who cleans up after pets?

A: Guests are required to clean up after their pets immediately.

Q: What’s included in the dog park?

A: We have a large fenced dog park area where pets can play and run off-leash.

A: The dog park is designated specifically for pets. All other areas require leashed pets.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept: Credit cards, Debit cards, Personal checks.

Q: Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?

A: Yes, we offer both weekly and monthly rates for extended stays.

Q: Are there additional fees I should know about?

A: We require a $100 deposit fee for long-term stays.

Q: Do you offer senior, military, or AAA discounts?

A: We offer discounts for: Good Sam members (short-term stays) and Military personnel (short-term stays).


PARK RULES & POLICIES

Q: What are your quiet hours?

A: Quiet time is enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Q: Can I use my generator?

A: No, generators are not permitted in the park.

Q: How many people are allowed per site?

A: Typically 2 to 4 people per site. We allow two cars per site.

Q: Can I have campfires?

A: No, campfires are not allowed due to periodic burn bans in the area.

Q: Are visitors allowed?

A: Visitors are allowed, but they must follow all park rules. If there is a disturbance and rules are not followed, visitors will be asked to leave. If problems continue, the guest will also be asked to leave with no refund.

Q: How far is the nearest town?

A: We are located just a few miles south of Weatherford, Texas. We are approximately 4 minutes from the closest shopping center.

Q: Are there hiking trails nearby?

A: Mineral Wells State Park has excellent hiking trails and is about 20 miles away from our location.

Q: Can I fish in the lake? Do I need a license?

A: A fishing license is required for fishing in the state of Texas. Please obtain proper licensing before fishing.


SERVICES & MAINTENANCE

Q: My electrical hookup isn’t working. What should I do?

A: Call our office at (817) 599-4686 and we will send someone out to determine and resolve the issue.

Q: What if my water pressure is low?

A: Contact our office immediately and we will address the water pressure issue.

Q: Is there cell phone coverage?

A: We have WiFi available if your cellular carrier has spotty coverage in our area.

Q: Can I get cable TV hookups?

A: No, we do not offer cable TV hookups, but we do provide WiFi service.

Q: Is firewood available?

A: No, firewood is not available for purchase at our facility.

Q: Can I receive mail and packages?

A: We allow packages to be delivered through: Amazon, FedEx, UPS, and other major carriers. Note: Guests do not receive mail from USPS at our facility.
